What do we mean by 'periphery' and how do we work with an understanding of it in ourselves in order to meet the young child's consciousness in the first 7 years of life? Are we expecting the child to 'meet us'? Are we awake in ourselves to what we carry and offer the child out of our own development? How do these considerations affect and shape the pathway for a child's foundation to life?
